Bergen Family Feast
All are welcome to Bergen Family Feast on Saturday, March 7, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Bergen Lutheran Church (101 W. Maple, Roland, IA). Your free-will offering includes a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, drive-through only. Funds raised from the Family Feast will be used to contribute to various charities and organizations at the end of the year benefitting all God’s people.
Spring Soup Supper
Enjoy chili, potato soup, and cinnamon rolls at the Spring Soup Supper, March 13, 5:00-7:00 p.m., held at the Jewell United Church of Christ (537 Main St., Jewell, IA 50130). Eat in, take out, or for home delivery call 515-827-5135. Free will offering.
Easter Lily Orders
Help us beautify our church and give honor to loved ones this Easter by ordering a lily plant, which will be purchased from Maisie Floral Co. in Jewell. You are encouraged to take the plant home after the Easter Festival Worship Service. Each plant is $18.50. Fill out an order form and place it in the offering plate or deliver to the church office, along with payment, by Sunday, March 15. Find the order form on page 12 of the newsletter.

March 29: Passion and Palm Sunday, 9:00 a.m.
Gather in the Narthex for the Processional Gospel and Blessing of the Palms before proceeding into Worship.
April 1: Seder Meal, 6:00 p.m.
All confirmation students, immediate family members, mentors, and deacons
April 2: Maundy Thursday Worship, 7:00 p.m.
April 3: Good Friday Community Worship at Bethesda, 7:00 p.m.
April 5: Easter Resurrection Worship Service
Breakfast at 8:00 a.m., served by confirmation students
Worship service at 9:00 a.m.
No Sunday School
