ANNUAL MEETING & CHILI COOK-OFF: JAN. 26
Bethesda’s 137th Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, January 26 at 10:00 a.m. Business: Election of Officers, Board Members, Congregational Delegates, Adoption of 2025 Budget, Receive Reports.
Voting members are confirmed members who have attained the age of 18. Such confirmed members, during the current (2022) or preceding (2021) calendar year, shall have communed in this congregation and shall have made a contribution of record to this congregation. Members of this congregation who have satisfied these basic standards shall have the privilege of voice and vote at every regular and special meeting of the congregation.

THE LORD'S CUPBOARD GIVES THANKS
On behalf of all of the volunteers of The Lord’s Cupboard of South Hamilton and the community we serve, please accept our heartfelt thanks to all who donated to the Lord’s Cupboard so the match challenge could be met. The donations were slow to come in at first and efforts by our volunteers to get the word “circulating” really made a difference and the donations began to flow in. The match date is now behind us, but those that were postmarked by December 1st were included in our totals.
That total is an amazing $9,933.10 plus the $2,500 donations from “the gang” known as “Love the Lord. Love the Lord’s Cupboard."
In other words, a total of $12,433.10!

SOME COOKIE WALK STATS
The cookie walk held December 15 was very successful thanks to the many who contributed cookies.
103 containers for members and guests
43 cookie boxes for shut-in and Timberland residents
12 plates for the Lord’s Cupboard
2 trays for Timberland visit in January
1 tray for Tuesday Together Time
$948 for a special Confirmation Project
