2024 Christmas Giving Tree

Every year, Bethesda Lutheran Church members and our youth group, along with participating churches in the area, donate gifts for families in need to help ease the burden of holiday gift-giving.

Below is the form for families who would like to receive gifts this holiday season.

Please complete the entire registration form and return by Friday, November 15, 2024. (No late forms will be accepted, no exceptions).

Forms can be placed in the drop box outside the North Entrance,  emailed to hello@bethesddajewell.com, or mailed to:

In order to participate, your family must meet the following criteria: 

• Infant through 18 only. 

• Child/children must reside in the South Hamilton School District or attend South Hamilton School (Jewell, Iowa).

• If your child/children are in foster care, the foster family may receive gifts for your child.

Please know your privacy is protected and family names are no provided to congregational members.
